    My Story

    Hi there!

    I’m Sarah Lauterbach, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have my Perinatal Mental Health Certificate (PMHC).  I am a recovering perfectionist, beach lover (Atlantic only, Pacific is too cold), fur baby owner (two shelter dogs and cats), and mother to two children.  I am quite the bookworm and enjoy teen fiction, non-fiction, and Stephen King.

    I am originally from the East Coast (North Carolina) but have called California my home for the last ten years.  I have lived abroad (England) and went to college in the Northeast (Pennsylvania).  I graduated with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University in 2013.
